Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Apparel items must have the original tags attached.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
Return shipping instructions, address details, and any specific requirements will be provided by our Customer Service team upon initiating the return process.
Ensure the package is securely sealed and affix the provided return shipping label, if applicable. If a return shipping label is not provided, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
Use a reputable shipping carrier and consider using a trackable shipping service. KLSTO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of receipt of the returned Product.
