Once your order is placed, it will take 2 to 3 business days to process and dispatch your request*.
After your order is dispatched, KLSTO will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email with your Order Number. Clicking on it will allow you to track your order by getting the latest updates on your shipped parcel.
If your tracking information has not yet been updated, don’t worry about it. The carrier sometimes takes up to 48 hours to activate the tracking link. You should receive an update soon.
*This process does not apply to preorders, as the processing time varies depending on the product

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or make any edits.
Make sure to double check your Cart before completing your order on KLSTO.
Canceling an Order:
You can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it. If you don’t see the cancel button anymore, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you cancel your order, KLSTO will automatically start processing your refund, if the payment was already collected.
